Terri Florence started her career over a decade ago as a junior property manager and worked her way through each role within the business from reception, administration, property manager, senior property manager and Head of Department mastering each role to becoming the General Manager. Terri is arguably one of the most experienced young property professionals within the Sunshine Coast Property industry and works alongside Principal Katherine Carter to ensure the day to day operation of Harcourts Caloundra.
Terri has an exceptional eye for detail, which is an attribute that is only matched by her work ethic. She is the consummate professional and is driven to ensure every member of her team achieves success. Passionate about all aspects of the property industry, Terri is always looking for ways to improve the overall experience of each and every transaction.
Terri enjoys having fun with her friends and loves spending her spare time surrounded by family and her husband Cameron. She has lived on the Sunshine Coast her entire life and believes we are blessed to live in paradise.
